Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated 2026-10-14. Plain answers: when you can get your money back, how to cancel a subscription, and what happens next.

One-time products

If ShadowPress does not work as described on its sales page, contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will first try to fix the problem; if we cannot, we refund the affected product in full. We also refund accidental duplicate purchases. Please describe what is not working so we can help: most problems are a missing login email or an OpenRouter key setting, and are fixed the same day.

A refund of a product removes access to that product. Refunding the front-end product closes the account, including upgrades bought with it unless they are refunded separately.

Monthly subscriptions

Subscriptions such as ShelfRadar are billed every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and you will not be charged again. Access continues until the end of the month you already paid for. We do not refund partial months, except where the law requires it or where the service was not available for a significant part of the month, in which case contact us and we will refund that month.

How to cancel

Cancel online, the same way you signed up. Use any of these:

  1. On WarriorPlus: log in to your WarriorPlus customer account, open your purchases, and cancel the subscription.
  2. On our site: open the support page, choose "Cancel a subscription", enter your email and send. No reason is needed.
  3. By email: write to ledau2022@gmail.com with the subject "Cancel".

We process cancellation requests sent through our site or by email within one business day and confirm by email. A cancellation received before your renewal date stops that renewal.

How to request a refund

Use the support page or email ledau2022@gmail.com with the email you bought with and, if you have it, your order ID. We reply within 1 business day. Approved refunds are issued through WarriorPlus to your original payment method; your bank or PayPal usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days.

EU and UK customers

Consumers in the EU and UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, that right ends once delivery starts if you asked for immediate access and acknowledged this before paying, which you do at checkout. Our own 30-day policy above still applies to you.

Payment disputes

Nothing in this policy limits your rights with your card issuer or under PayPal's buyer protection. We ask that you contact us first: we usually resolve problems faster than a dispute, and a chargeback freezes the account while it is open.

AI usage costs

Charges from OpenRouter for AI usage are between you and OpenRouter, are not paid to us, and cannot be refunded by us.
